Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern the use of the ReMan Marketplace platform and all purchases made through it. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All products listed on ReMan Marketplace are remanufactured parts. Product descriptions, specifications, and fitment information are provided by the respective manufacturers and verified by our team.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT (19%). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.

4. Warranty

All remanufactured parts come with a minimum 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and the defective part.

5. Returns

You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the part is unused and in its original packaging.

6. Core Charge

Some products require a core deposit which is refunded upon return of the old/defective part within 30 days.
